    **International shipments may be subject to additional taxes, duties and fees, all of which are the full responsibility upon import. These fees vary from country to country and Lizzie Fortunato does not have any control over them. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

    We do not ship to international PO boxes at this time.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please feel free to contact shop@lizziefortunato.com to check on the status of your order.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

    If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify shop@lizziefortunato.com immediately and we will do our best to accommodate. Kindly note that once you receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, we may not be able to change your order. We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.

  • My order is delayed or never showed up. What shoud I do?

    Lizzie Fortunato is not responsible for packages once they have been consigned to a shipping carrier for transport to your delivery address. This includes packages that are lost or damaged in transit, as well as missing packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location and select a shipping method at checkout that requires signature upon delivery for added security. In the event that your package is missing or delayed, we are happy to help; please notify us immediately at shop@lizziefortunato.com so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Please note that claims may take up to 7-10 business days to process.

  • Do you offer gift packaging or gift notes?

    Yes! To have your gift specially packaged, check the “Upgrade to a gift box” box when viewing your cart at checkout. To add a gift note to your purchase, check the “Add Gift Note” box when viewing your cart at checkout. A form will appear where you can add a note for us to send along.
