You will find Lizzie Fortunato customers selling a mix of their unworn, pre-loved, and archival jewelry and accessories. These Lizzie Fortunato pieces will ship directly to you from another Lizzie Fortunato customer upon purchase.

Why should I shop here?
Re-Jeweled is a dedicated marketplace for buying and selling Lizzie Fortunato products. We produce in small quantities so when they sell out, they’re typically gone for good. We’ve created this community experience for finding and purchasing our pre-loved items to give our jewelry a circular lifecycle.

How do I pay for a pre-loved item?
You will pay via our secure checkout in the same way as with any Lizzie Fortunato order. Simply "Add to Cart" and proceed through the checkout as usual.

How long does shipping take?
We ask our sellers to fulfill your order within 3 business days. Your order will ship with a tracking number, and typically arrives within 3-5 days of being shipped.

What should I do when I receive my order?
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive an email to confirm and rate the product. Let us know if your item is up to the standards you expected! If yes, feel free to give your seller a great rating. If not, let us know within 3 days through the form. One of our customer service representatives will reach out to you!

Can I return my pre-loved purchase?
All pre-loved purchases are final unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If that situation occurs, you can open a dispute once the item has been delivered to you. If we confirm the dispute, we will issue a refund and ask that you please return the item. If you have any questions or concerns, we are always available to help at rejeweled@lizziefortunato.com.

Can I buy an item if I don't live in the United States?
Not yet! The Re-Jeweled collection is not currently available to buyers anywhere outside of the United States. We are unable to fulfill international shipping orders.

Yes, you will accrue loyalty points with every Re-Jeweled purchase.

How do I sell my pre-loved item?
Log into your Lizzie Fortunato account (create an account if you don’t have one) and click "Sell Re-Jeweled". Pick the item you want to sell from your purchase history and follow the prompts.
Remember to provide complete and accurate information about the item’s condition, since you will only receive store credit once the buyer confirms its condition.
We review all pre-loved submissions and maintain the right to approve or deny listings. Once approved, we encourage you to share your listing!

What can I sell?
You can sell most Lizzie Fortunato jewelry and accessories through our pre-loved program. Homewares and Fortune Finds are not eligible for re-selling. Feel free to reach out to rejeweled@lizziefortunato.com with any questions about your listing.

How should I price my item?
You are welcome to name your price, but we will recommend a price based on the item’s original price and condition. We will then add a fixed amount to the listing price to cover shipping charges. These prices are subject to modification during the approval process by Lizzie Fortunato.

What photos should I upload?
We ask that you upload at least 3 of your own photos of the item. Please do not screenshot brand images. Include one from above, as well as close-ups, to show any details or imperfections. Use clear, well-lit photos on a flat, white surface. We encourage you to include a close up photo of you wearing the item as well (preferably against a plain background).

How is shipping handled?
Once your item has sold, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email and you must send the item within 3 business days. You do not have to pay extra for shipping. Please carefully & neatly pack your item, and drop it off with the shipping label at the nearest post office or schedule a free USPS package pickup.
Please note: if you have not shipped your item within 10 days, your transaction will be canceled.

What packaging should I use?
Your packaging should fit the size and shape of your item while keeping it protected. Items that are poorly packaged and received in a condition that does not match the product description will not be accepted and you will not receive store credit. We encourage you to reuse packaging from previous purchases or recycled materials. Note: you can use a USPS box, available for free at any post office.

When and how will I be paid?
After your item is delivered, the buyer has 3 days to confirm it arrived in the condition described in your listing. Once confirmed, we will issue your Lizzie Fortunato store credit via email within 2-3 business days.

Will my Lizzie Fortunato store credit expire?
No, your store credit will never expire and can be used on any items that are not part of the pre-loved, Re-Jeweled collection.

Why should I sell my items on Re-Jeweled?
Re-Jeweled is the official marketplace for buying and selling your pre-loved products from Lizzie Fortunato. This is where our community lives, and where YOU the customer can interact with one another. Our goal is to give you the best value for your items and find them a new home to be loved again and again. Not to mention, it's simple - list items straight from your order history.

Can I sell an item if I don't live in the United States?
Not yet! Currently, we offer the Re-Jeweled collection in the United States only, but we’ll be in more countries soon.

What if my item is not in my purchase history?
Not a problem! If you received a Lizzie Fortunato item as a gift, purchased from a third-party seller, or anywhere else, navigate into your Lizzie Fortunato account just as normal. When you see your purchase history, locate the button that says “Sell Another Item”. Fill out the form and submit - we’ll take care of the rest!
