  • How do I make a return?

    Please visit our Returns Portal to submit your return request. All requests will be processed within 1-2 business days. As long as your return request has been submitted within 15 days of receipt, it will be honored.

  • What is your return policy?

    All made-to-order pieces and select sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. All items purchased during promotional sales and one-of-a-kind items are available to return for store credit only. We accept returns on all full-priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 15 days of receipt. Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original form of payment. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not currently provide shipping labels for international returns.

  • What is your return shipping fee?

    Returns by mail: $10 will be deducted from your refund amount in order to cover domestic shipping costs. We do not currently offer prepaid return labels for international customers. 

    Local returns: there is no additional fee for returns that are dropped off at our Soho studio.

    Please note: your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • Can I exchange my order?

    Online purchases are eligible to exchange in our NYC showroom only. Alternatively, if your item is within the terms of our return policy, you are eligible to return your item for store credit to use towards a new purchase.

  • When will I recieve my refund?

    Returns and refunds are processed up to 3-5 business days after your return arrives in our office.
